If you are an excellent, mid-level Property Acquisition Manager with excellent financial and analytical skills and have a proven record in purchasing bank owned, foreclosed properties in the metro Louisville, KY market, this job is for you!
We are a family owned real estate company located in Southern California and expanding our property management in the Louisville, KY market. We are looking for an exceptional VP of Asset Acquisitions to secure single family home properties through the auction process for the metro Louisville area. This is a hands-on position. You will be research and bid for foreclosed, REO residential homes though auction sites and other purchasing methods, do pro forma work, and forecast areas that are profitable for purchases.
We will conduct a background check, including driving record.

You will be working from a home office but travel to the metro Louisville area.
What you need for this position:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business related degree
- 3+ years in an Acquisitions role in a Real Estate Developer, Property Management, or Construction environment with previous experience in acquiring residential properties on an auction level.
- Solid experience in financial analysis and working in large Excel worksheets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work in a high paced, ever changing environment.
- Must be adaptable and flexible.
- Have a clean driving record
