Assignment Capsule As anAnalyst within Workplace Solutions,you will work with and support all of the Workplace Solutions Real Estate team on all projects and locations.Youwill analyze data, financials, contracts, agreements, etc. for locations as well as manage information distribution and related activities. You must demonstrate the ability to partner and communicate with the team and others throughout Humana and the acquisition. You will be responsible for the management of tasks related to the real estate which is critical and will be a significant responsibility for the role.. Role Essentials * Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience * Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point * 2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate in a capacity requiring analytical skills; leasing, brokerage, analyst capacity (residential real estate experience is not comparable). * Ability to generate meaningful reports/presentations and draw thoughtful conclusions using criteria such industry factors (such as real estate classifications, lease types, location data, market rents, industry standards, etc.) and internal factors (such as market and business classifications, occupancy costs, occupancy loads, etc.). * Ability to work independently to obtain such data from external and internal resources * Excellent verbal & written communication skills * Ability to prioritize & initiate action independently * Ability to analyze data and draw insights Role Desirables * Coommercial Real Estate experience strongly desired * Project Management experience a plus * Bachelors degree preferred * MBA preferred; strong consideration given to candidates that have their CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member)Role: Finance/Accounting
