Remak Properties Real Estate Company is a Real Estate Company Seeking Real Estate Salesperson/?Jr.? Broker
Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for helping clients lease, sell and purchase commercial real estate, including businesses, buildings, restaurants, and undeveloped land for retail use.?
Act as an intermediary in negotiations with landlords and tenants/?buyers over property values and lease/?sale details.?
Compare and evaluate properties with similar properties to determine fair market value.?
Develop relationships with brokers, landlords and tenants for future negotiations.?
Assist Senior Brokers with sale/?lease transactions.?
Identify, analyze, and prepare site and development plans.?
Show property that will be utilized for commercial/?retail purposes.?
Identify unique retail real estate and develop a book of business through market research and cold calling.?
Draft leasing forms including but not limited to Letters of Intent, Commission Agreements, Tenant Rep Agreements, Co-Broker Agreements, Referral Agreements, Listing Agreements and other related leasing documents.?
Ideal Candidate is self-motivated, driven, articulate and analytical.?
4 Year College Degree Required
Valid Driver's License Required
