Assignment Capsule As a Clinical Messaging Strategic Consultant you will be accountable to provide an ongoing strategic view and direction to multiple initiatives. You will partner with Clinical Leaders and cross-functional teams to define messaging and intervention strategies to meet quality and clinical objectives. * Develop direct to consumer clinical messaging strategies with clear understanding of the business problem, view of the system, and the value opportunity * Define success measures and ensure strategy meets defined business objectives * Apply best practices as it relates to consumer segmentation, consumer engagement and messaging effectiveness * Deliver strategic proposals and plans to business partners * Provide ongoing consultation to business partners * Secure resources and commitment as needed from leadership team. * Act as a decision maker including escalation of decision to key stakeholders * Evaluate and approve messaging solutions presented by the project team. * Leverage consumer analytics and outcomes to determine insights and engagement opportunities * Drive the post implementation analysis by delivering results and key insights to stakeholders * Remove barriers and manages project expansion - drives change control process. * Partner with enterprise messaging, marketing and data analytics teams Key Competencies * Builds Trust: You honor your word by doing what you say you are going to do. * Implementation/Execution: You are good at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools. * Innovate: You introduce new ideas and processes which improve performance and productivity. * Problem Solving: You are a problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving.
