Responsibilities:
Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
Minor dry wall repair
Prepare vacant units
Able to troubleshoot problems
Perform repairs, troubleshoot systems and assist with preventative maintenance
Participate in on-call emergency rotation as needed
Conduct maintenance related inspections including preparation for government required physical inspections (REAC, HUD)
Snow and ice removal as needed
Able to work from heights
Attend and complete required training
