I am an innocent citizen victim of non-consensual human experimentation involving 21st century weapons that were essentially created for the purpose of war. I have never been in the military nor anywhere near a war zone. Not ironically, I quite literally felt like a lab rat and that was before I realized the truth of the situation being that I was a non-consensual test subject. In that light, all of the impersonal care and the countless moments of unprofessional behavior and dismissive attitude fell into an understandable dimension. I wrote to the legal representative for University of Louisville Hospital and offered to settle out of court and keep the terms of the settlement private. As with my medical "care" itself, I am left to presume answers because he did not even bother to respond to my hand-delivered letter. That speaks shameful volumes in and of itself. Now that the deadline has passed for him to accept my offer, as I told him I would in my letter, I am ready to sue for damages regarding their egregious, unprofessional and unconscionable behavior.
